Are you a design powerhouse with an ear for rhythm and an eye for bold, high-impact visuals? We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team, working directly under our Art Director to help define and drive the visual identity of one of the most exciting brands in dance music. From electrifying festival visuals and merch to digital campaigns that break the feed, you'll help shape how our brand looks, feels, and moves across every platform. Insomniac produces some of the most innovative, immersive music events in the world. Enhanced by state-of-the-art lighting, pyrotechnics and sound design, large-scale art installations, theatrical performers and next generation special effects, our events captivate the senses and inspire a unique level of fan interaction. The quality of the Headliner experience is our top priority. Throughout our 30-year history, Insomniac has produced festivals, concerts and club nights for millions of attendees across the nation. The company was founded by Pasquale Rotella, and has been based in Los Angeles since it was formed in 1993. Insomniac's Clubs Division is focused on creating a first class experience for our Headliners. Our expanding roster of club partners includes some of the world's top venues, delivering performances from globally renowned DJs backed by top-notch sound and visuals. As Graphic Designer, you'll bring concept-driven, culture-forward design to life across a wide range of creative touchpoints. Under the guidance of our Art Director, you'll collaborate with marketing, production, and talent teams to push boundaries and bring strong creative ideas into the spotlight. Responsibilities

Execute high-level visual assets across digital, print, merchandise, stage visuals, and more. Work closely with the Art Director to translate creative concepts into design deliverables. Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh, innovative design approaches. Support and review the work of junior designers and freelancers when needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on event branding, artist campaigns, and social content. Stay current on design trends, visual culture, and what's happening in the global dance music scene. Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed All other projects and initiatives as identified Qualifications

4+ years of professional design experience (agency, entertainment, or music industry preferred). A sharp, polished portfolio that includes branding, event visuals, and digital content. Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator

motion is a big plus). Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, color, typography, and layout. Passion for dance music, festival culture, and nightlife aesthetics. Comfort working under direction while owning and executing creative solutions. Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with tight turnarounds. Preferred Qualifications

Motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere) Merch design or creative direction experience Illustration, photography, or 3D experience Familiarity with HTML and CSS. Work Environment

Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments in dynamic work locations Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines and work events Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa. Hourly Pay Range: $68,700.00
