The UHS' Insurance Department is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Vice President of Insurance and oversees workflow for the Insurance Department as needed. Key responsibilities include: Administrative support for department

maintaining files, coordinate meetings & conference calls, distributing mail & documents as needed. Maintain calendar for the department Vice President and others as requested. Provides administrative and claims support to the Director of Corporate Insurance, Claims Director, and Claims Supervisor. Oversees workflow for Workers' Compensation Manager and Claims Adjusters/Claim Supervisors and other areas of the Insurance Department as needed. Assists with special projects. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Associate's degree preferred. Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook. Must have strong analytical skill with working knowledge of Excel and general business processes. Some knowledge of medical malpractice/liability insurance is preferred. Knowledge and use of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition. Strong problem solving and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is required. Maintains confidentiality of critically sensitive information.
