Architect (Level I/ Level II)
To be responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client's needs. Required: Architect Level I: 35 years of architectural experience. Architect Level II: 68 years of architectural experience. Licensed architect or on the path to licensure. Proficiency in Revit and architectural design workflows. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with public sector or FEMA-funded projects is a plus. Collaborative, motivated, and eager to grow within a studio environment. Primary Job Responsibilities: Participate in all phases of design and documentation. Support project planning, consultant coordination, and detailing. Develop construction documents and contribute to project delivery. Assist with code research and project analysis. Mentor junior team members and foster a positive design culture (Level II). Help identify and resolve technical issues to keep projects moving forward. Salary Range: $75k/yr. - $85k/yr.
