The Financial Analyst Lead will be a key member of the Enterprise Analytics COE, delivering forward-looking, investor-aligned insights that inform capital allocation and strategic decision-making. This role will support Mosaic's enterprise valuation, capital project assessments, and competitive intelligence efforts, enabling Finance to lead with clarity, precision, and foresight. What Will You Do?

Enterprise Analytics and Capital Allocation Support: Maintain and enhance valuation models, at both the enterprise/segment level as well as site/asset level Deliver timely and relevant valuation updates through established reporting Support ROIC, Free Cash Flow and capital efficiency analysis Evaluate capital projects and strategic initiatives using risk-adjusted return metrics Advanced Analytics and Strategic Insights: Develop probabilistic models and scenario planning tools Quantify financial impact of strategic initiatives Analyze profitability by various components (ie. customer, region, product, etc.) to identify margin levers Competitor Intelligence and Internal Consulting: Maintain a pulse on competition and Mosaic's relative standing within the peer group Provide internal consulting support to Finance, Investor Relations and other key business partners Prepare materials for senior leadership and the Board of Directors What Do You Need For This Role?

Experience / Knowledge: Bachelor's degree required (major in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred) 4+ years of experience in the finance area of a large public, product-based, global enterprise (chemicals, manufacturing, or mining) a plus Experience and/or ability to manage a diverse workload, and prioritize accordingly Experience with financial modeling (DCF, multiples, other valuation techniques), capital efficiency metrics, and scenario analysis strongly preferred Exposure to capital project evaluation and portfolio optimization preferred Experience with probabilistic risk assessment, or background in statistics a plus Other Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain the "big picture" while also being able to "drill down" into the detailed analysis as needed (synthesize complex data into actionable insights) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to effectively work and build relationships with employees at all levels within the organization Ability to partner with and challenge the business Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities (ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority) Adept at meeting established deadlines
