Plumber
Work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. Engage in construction and remodeling projects primarily in multi-family living spaces such as apartment buildings and townhomes, as well as commercial restaurant retail settings. Responsibilities
Dig, install, test, and backfill underground sanitary and grease piping. Conduct rough-in of new drain, waste, and vent (DWV) and domestic water piping. Install roof drains and storm drainage piping. Install, cut, thread, and join PVC piping and cast iron piping. Thread, install, and test building gas piping. Install a variety of plumbing fixtures and trim such as water closets, urinals, lavatories, sinks, and drinking fountains. Install plumbing-specific equipment like water heaters, storage tanks, recirculation pumps, tankless water heaters, sump pumps, and water filtration systems. Perform additional field-related tasks including brazing, threading pipe, soldering, and welding. Essential Skills
Previous commercial or industrial plumbing experience. Ability to read blueprints. Working knowledge of IPC and AHCD plumbing codes. Valid Journeyman or Apprentice (minimum) license. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with trenching equipment such as skid steers, mini-hoe, and backhoe is a plus. Residential experience in the past is acceptable, but must have legitimate commercial plumbing experience. Why Work Here?
