CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law. Responsibilities Responsible for the development and maintenance of all work schedules. Daily posting of all schedule-related activities. Correlation of daily staffing assignments. Preparation of management reports. Data input to the Nursing Productivity/Staffer System. Preparation of invoices for payment for agency staff. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Minimum of 2 years staffing office experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School Diploma or equivalent technical training. Special Skills Effective communicator with strong interpersonal relations skills. Ability to compile statistics and to maintain accurate and complete records and reports. Previous Staffing/Time Management System experience. Must have the ability to read write and speak English.
