Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full Charge Bookkeeper:

Responsible for billing/accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and payroll processes.

Preparation of Monthly financial reports for submissions to the Board of Directors.

Job Responsibilities:

Semi annual billing of assessments and Rental Amenity Program

Manage the processing of cash and credit card receipts, process ACH payments and collections of past due receivables.

Timely processing of vendor invoices, including company credit card statement reconciliation and prompt investigation of discrepancies. Process weekly check runs.

Bi-Weekly processing of payroll.

Prepare with annual audit preparations

Preparation of financial statement and other reports as required.

Complete month-end closing processes.

Answer owner and vendor inquires related to accounting.

Assist General Manager with budget development.

May include other duties, yet unknown.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of accounting and hands-on bookkeeping (General ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll Processing).

Knowledge/Experience using QuickBooks Desktop is required.

A Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel is necessary.

Education: 4-year degree preferred.
