Associate Renewals Manager

If so, we want to hear from you! We're hiring an Associate Renewals Manager to manage a high volume of small to mid-market customer renewals. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your expertise in contract management, negotiation, and customer retention while contributing to a high-performing team. Responsibilities
Manage the renewal process for a portfolio of customers ($20K$50K ARR) Handle a large volume of renewals each month, working within 120-day renewal windows Review contracts, identify key terms, and prepare standard renewal quotes and agreements Lead renewal communications, follow-up sequences, and basic negotiations Proactively reach out to customers approaching renewal, addressing questions and concerns Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Managers to ensure smooth renewals Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in Salesforce Generate renewal reports and document all activities Participate in training and development to grow your renewal and negotiation skills Skills and Experience
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development Familiarity with subscription-based business models Basic understanding of contract terms and negotiation principles Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn About Ideagen Ideagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
