Assistant Professor, Clinical Psychology (Tenure Track)

The Psychology department at Old Dominion University invites applicants for an Assistant Professor, Clinical Psychology. This is an annual, 10-month Tenure Track appointment. The faculty member will conduct research, teach, and mentor students in psychology generally and clinical psychology specifically. This faculty member will be responsible for: Conducting high quality, programmatic research. Seeking external research funding. Teaching undergraduate courses to support the undergraduate psychology curriculum at ODU. Teaching graduate courses in the Psychology Department. Mentoring Ph.D. students. Minimum Qualifications: Candidates who have a doctoral degree from a program accredited by APA, PCSAS, CPA, or another clinical psychology accrediting body by the position start date. A research program that complements and expands that of current faculty within the Department of Psychology. License eligible as a psychologist in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
