EKG Technician performs inpatient and outpatient 12 Lead electrocardiograph recordings, holter/event monitor placement/ scanning as needed, and treadmill stress testing along with related documentation. The value you'll bring to the team: Confirms that appropriate patient information is present and complete prior to starting a procedure. Confirms patient identification and understanding of procedure. Performs thorough and accurate routine and emergency EKGs as ordered by physician. Presents all STAT EKGs to RN immediately after completion. The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Required qualifications: High School Grad or Equiv 0 Work Experience Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Preferred qualifications: Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) or Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
