Wealth Management Coordinator What You'll Do: As the Wealth Management Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our investment team-supporting Financial Advisors, creating a seamless client experience, and helping drive awareness and engagement with our investment services. Responsibilities include: Sales Support Make proactive outreach calls to schedule appointments and follow up on campaigns Support educational events and financial wellness initiatives Manage internal referral processes and collaborate with credit union staff to promote services Assist with website, social media, and marketing coordination Client Experience Serve as a welcoming, professional resource for clients and staff Coordinate communication between Advisors and the credit union team Schedule client appointments and support a consistent service model Ensure clients stay connected and informed throughout their financial journey Operational Efficiency Maintain calendars, client files, and CRM records Support compliance processes and documentation Create and update program dashboards, reports, and procedures manuals What You Bring: 1+ year of customer service experience (financial services preferred) Excellent communication and phone skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Comfortable with CRM systems and general office technology A collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn sales and financial concepts Knowledge of financial planning products and credit union services is a plus Must be able to travel distances exceeding 30 miles Why This Role: Impactful work that supports clients' financial well-being Exposure to the dynamic field of wealth management Opportunity to grow and gain experience in financial services Flexible, part-time role with potential for varied hours for events and networking Join a supportive team environment where your skills and enthusiasm for service will help others build a more secure financial future.
