Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) ready to lead in home healthcare? Boost Home Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality care for homebound patients. You'll supervise clinical operations, ensure compliance with care plans, and guide an exceptional team of clinicians.
What you'll be doing: Lead clinical team and manage patient care coordination Oversee OASIS documentation, PDGM coding, and patient care planning Monitor case compliance and participate in QAPI activities Support staff hiring, development, and performance reviews Occasionally provide direct care in urgent situations
What we're looking for: Licensed RN in MA with 2 years of nursing and 2 years of home health experience 1 to 2 years of experience supervising clinicians Proficient in OASIS, EMR, Medicare CoPs, and QAPI Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Strong organizational, planning, problem solving, decision-making, and leadership skills Valid driver's license, CPR certification
