The Service Administrator is the essential link to ensure a smooth experience and transaction flow between our customers and our service team. What are we looking for: High School Diploma. Two (2) years in a parts and/or service related role. Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment. Strong communication and customer services skills. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld devices, such as Smartphones, iPads, etc. What we would love to see: Associates degree. Experience working in Construction or industrial HVAC industry. Mechanical aptitude.
