Avionics Technicians
in Tucson, Arizona. This is a hands-on opportunity to join a skilled maintenance team supporting corporate jets, commercial aircraft, and military platforms. If you're a certified, tool-ready technician who takes pride in precision and safety, this role offers long-term stability and a clear path for growth. Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting, inspection, maintenance, and repair of avionics systems on various aircraft platforms
Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues and execute technical repairs
Communicate maintenance actions effectively in verbal and written formats
Document all work in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
Support isochronal, depot-level, or phase inspections for military aircraft (when applicable)
Work collaboratively within a high-paced MRO environment and meet shift requirements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of avionics maintenance experience, or substantiated equivalent
FAA
Airframe License
required
Must provide your own tools and maintain proper inventory control
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with
corporate jets
or
commercial aircraft
Military aircraft maintenance background (Depot, Isochronal, or Phase inspections)
GROL (General Radiotelephone Operator License)
or
AET (Aircraft Electronics Technician)
Certification
Graduate of an Avionics or Electrical Aircraft Technical School or equivalent military training
