Essential Functions
Provide daily leadership and guidance in the areas of training, coaching and development
within the FedEx Freight
Sales
organization. Call on selected accounts with sales representatives. Strong basic management, human
relations
and communications skills. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) years
of LTL selling experience
, or two (2)
years
sales management
experience. Knowledge,
skills
and abilities considered a plus: LTL leadership experience considered a plus. Preferred Qualifications:
Proven leadership building, scaling & leading high-performing sales teams from the ground up, Less-than-Truckload (LTL) operations & sales experience, managed through change & delivered results in dynamic environments. Logistics background a plus! Pay Transparency: Pay: Additional Details:
This is a face to face sales role. Hybrid work schedule. The preferred location is Knoxville, TN. Other locations within a 50 mile radius may be considered.
