Technical Lead

We are seeking a Technical Lead with extensive experience in .NET, C#, Azure, and REST API development to lead multiple technical teams across geographies. The ideal candidate will provide technical mentorship, innovative solutions, and hands-on development while ensuring seamless collaboration between onshore and offshore teams. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 10-15 senior developers across multiple projects and locations (US, Canada, Mexico, India). Oversee end-to-end solution delivery with minimal oversight, ensuring high-quality software development. Design and develop enterprise-level applications, integrating with upstream and downstream systems. Develop and optimize RESTful APIs to support enterprise applications. Work with MongoDB or similar databases for efficient data storage and retrieval. Collaborate with other technical teams, understand requirements, and fine-tune APIs to meet consumer expectations. Optimize performance of APIs and identify integration gaps. Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development and deployment. Own integration testing to ensure seamless functionality across systems. Drive technical decision-making, code quality, and process improvements within the team. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role. 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure. 12+ years of experience with C# and .NET. 8+ years of experience developing REST APIs. 5+ years of experience leading large technical teams. Experience managing offshore coordination with multiple geographies. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise systems. Strong background in system integration and enterprise-level software design. Experience in performance optimization of APIs and backend services.
