About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to provide strategic leadership in the areas of quality, patient safety, and value-based programs. Applicants for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company must have a Doctor of Medicine degree and demonstrate strong management and financial skills. The role requires a leader with extensive professional experience, particularly in the areas of population health strategy, clinical technology, and regulatory compliance. The CMO will be expected to actively participate in the development and implementation of clinical initiatives, lead physician development and engagement, and spearhead efforts to reduce variation in medical practice.
