nPosition Purpose:
nSaint Francis Hospita l is looking for a Receptionist to join our Cancer Center Team. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.

Greeting patients and administering check- in and registration

Answers multi-line phone and triages calls

Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures

Performs clerical and secretarial tasks to support the department

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

1 years' experience in healthcare preferred.

Excellent computer abilities.
n n - n
Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills.

Familiarity with medical terminology.
n n - n
Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.
