Key Responsibilitiesn

• Develop detailed engineering designs for municipal and site development projects, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
n
• Prepare technical specifications, complete quantity take-offs, and cost estimates; and develop construction schedules.
n
• Produce technical reports, specifications, and construction documents to support project deliverables.
n
• Engage with clients to understand their project needs and provide professional insights and solutions.
n
• Prepare and submit applications for permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
n
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including planners, surveyors, and environmental scientists, to ensure project success.
n
• Keep current with design criteria and technology.
n

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in design and documentation.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Knowledge and understanding of land development process.
n
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements: n

n
• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
n
• 5 years of job-related experience
n
• Professional Engineering License is required
n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
n
