Your Role:

As a CNA, you play a crucial role in delivering daily living activities and services to residents in accordance with their individual service plans. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional care and support for daily activities of living and personal hygiene
• Responding to patient call lights with compassion and readiness to help
• Understanding residents’ dietary preferences, allergies, and restrictions to ensure appropriate meals
• Recording vital signs as required
• Notifying the nurse of any changes in resident conditions promptly

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certificate
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to exceed expectations for our residents
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A genuine love for working with seniors
