Bad Roman is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team! Our teams must embrace a guest-first approach to service, thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and take great pride in the space they work in.
All of our managers are actively engaged and present in the kitchen for all of service. They are responsible for working closely with the hourly kitchen team to maintain our service standards that focus on speed, efficiency and consistent food quality. Outside of service hours, our Sous Chefs are focused on creating the monthly family meal calendar, and new hire training.

Candidate must have:
- 2+ years experience in high volume restaurants, 300+ nightly covers
- Stable work history showing progressive growth
- Passion for hospitality with a positive, flexible and hard-working mindset
