Baroo is a relaxed fine dining, modern Korean restaurant in the Arts District in downtown LA run by husband and wife team, chef Kwang Uh and Mina Park. 

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and positive professional who wants to pursue a career in fine dining to join our team as a chef de partie, specifically a PM cook (hours generally 2pm-10:30pm) . This is a full-time position and we work Tuesday to Saturday.

The chef de partie will work hand-in-hand with Executive Chef Kwang Uh who leads the kitchen and our sous chef. We are a small team and looking for a great fit with our team of talented, hard-working, collaborative and down-to-earth cooks.

An interest in learning about Korean cuisine and previous fine dining experience are required. Experience at a tasting menu restaurant is a major plus.

CDPs receive $20/hour + a good share of tips + a monthly health insurance stipend.
