We’re looking for a reliable and creative part-time baker to join our team at a cozy, ingredient-focused brunch café. This role is 3 days a week —Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays —with early morning shifts before opening, typically 4am–8am (some flexibility available).
You’ll be working solo in a small kitchen , so we’re looking for someone experienced, self-motivated, and organized. In return, you'll have a lot of creative freedom —we welcome your input on recipes, baked goods, and pastry offerings. Bring your ideas, and let’s make something special together.
You should be:
Confident working independently
Comfortable with early mornings
Organized, clean, and efficient
Excited about food and creating from-scratch baked goods
Bonus if you:
Have brunch or café baking experience
Can create both sweet and savory baked items
Are familiar with seasonal and local ingredients
