Should be creative and genuinely enjoy working with food. Must be reliable with a solid grasp of basic baking techniques and food service sanitation practices. Responsibilities include creating a prep list, assigning tasks, ensuring quality, and collaborating with the team to develop new recipes. Experience baking seasonally and sourcing locally is a plus.
