Alpana is seeking an experienced and dynamic  Restaurant Manager   to lead our front-of-house team. Schedule is 5 nights a week with Friday and Saturday availability a must. This is a hands-on role ensuring exceptional service, cultivating relationships with our guests, and maintaining the seamless flow of dinner service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the dining room floor, ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction

  • Report directly to restaurant ownership 
  • Recognize and engage with regulars, fostering loyalty and a welcoming atmosphere

  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and grace

  • Step in to assist servers, server assistants and hosts when needed—no task is too small

  • Oversee the host stand, managing reservations and seating flow

  • Maintain a well-trained, motivated, and efficient front-of-house team

  • Assist in scheduling and staffing for FOH operations

  • Uphold wine service standards and contribute to beverage program excellence

  • Weekly ordering of liquor, wine and beverages. 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in  fine dining restaurant management

  • Strong wine knowledge and polished service skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

  • Natural leadership with a team-first mentality

  • Dependable, reliable and proven track record as a hospitality professional 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
