Your Role as Sous Chef:

As our Sous Chef, you’ll play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our kitchen and collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to uphold the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and development of menus, incorporating creativity and seasonal ingredients.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Oversee inventory management, food purchasing, and cost control to meet budget goals.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations.
  • Step into the role of Executive Chef during their absence, leading with confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for innovation.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred.
