We are a reputable, upscale casual French bistro in NYC seeking a Sous Chef with at least 3 years of verifiable sous chef experience, preferably in high-volume NYC restaurants. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in food and labor cost control, managing inventory, and leading large kitchen teams. Weekend availability required.
