We cater to a discerning clientele of professionals, world travelers, and residents seeking elevated service in an elegant setting.

We are seeking experienced  Servers & Cocktail Servers  with the skill, poise, and knowledge to deliver a high-touch guest experience. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in fine dining or luxury service environments and understands the art of anticipating needs before they are spoken.

Qualifications – Fine Dining Standards

  • Minimum  2 years’ experience as a server or cocktail server in fine dining or luxury hospitality

  • Extensive knowledge of wine, champagne, premium spirits, and craft cocktails, with the ability to make pairing recommendations

  • Strong grasp of fine dining etiquette, including table service pacing, guest recognition, and discreet attentiveness

  • Experience with  tableside presentations and handling of premium products

  • Proven ability to  upsell and suggestive sell while maintaining guest trust

  • Polished and professional appearance with excellent posture and presentation

  • Impeccable communication skills

  • Ability to remain composed and gracious under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with  POS systems and multi-course service sequencing

  • Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and high service standards

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Stand and walk for extended periods (5–10 hours per shift)

  • Transport trays of beverages and food over slick or uneven surfaces

  • Lift and carry up to 30 lbs. from service areas to guest tables

  • Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying

  • Work in varying temperatures and ventilation conditions

  • Comfortable in a high-energy, high-volume environment
