Essential Functions
Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing, and leading all store associates, ensuring optimal customer experiences, overseeing store operations, and maintaining brand standards. Develop strategies to achieve KPIs and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication, and accountability. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager and are responsible for all primary duties when the Store Manager is absent. Primary Duties
Brand (30%) : Supervise and support associates' daily goals to deliver excellent customer experiences, maximize sales, and drive loyalty. Ensure brand standards are met, including merchandising, marketing, and dress code. Resolve customer issues and analyze store trends. People (30%) : Engage, train, and develop teams. Recruit actively to build a strong workforce. Address associate strengths and opportunities through coaching. Maintain positive relations and communication, fostering diversity and inclusion. Operations (30%) : Ensure execution of company processes, including digital strategies like Omni-channel fulfillment. Manage inventory, payroll, store opening/closing procedures, and follow company directives. Safety/Loss Prevention (10%) : Maintain a safe environment, protect assets, and ensure compliance with safety and inventory policies. Use reporting tools to monitor store security. Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 or older 3+ years retail sales/customer service preferred 1+ year management experience preferred Effective team leadership and communication skills Scheduling availability Cosmetology license desirable but not required Competencies
