Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Nashville, TN(Hybrid) . The candidate must have strong experience analyzing contact center operations and translating agent needs into actionable system and process improvements. Rate Range: $30/hour to $37/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Business Analyst job responsibilities include: Gather and analyze business requirements related to contact center operations, tools, and workflows.Collaborate with stakeholders and agents to identify pain points and recommend process improvements.Document functional specifications and translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.Monitor and evaluate contact center performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.Support the implementation of new technologies or systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and agent usability.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training or documentation for end users. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a contact center or customer service environment.Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable insights and system enhancements.Strong analytical skills with experience in contact center technologies, performance metrics, and process optimization.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
