Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract with a client in Jacksonville, FL. This role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps to manage work intake and translate business needs into actionable user stories. Rate Range: $39/hour to 43/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Business Analyst job responsibilities include: Manage work intake processes by transitioning requests from ServiceNow to Azure DevOps.Gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholder expectations.Translate business needs into user stories, capturing value and objectives within Agile frameworks.Facilitate meetings with business teams to confirm mutual understanding and agreement on requirements.Maintain project documentation and wiki pages, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.Collaborate across service management and development platforms to support smooth project execution. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps for managing work intake and project tracking.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and ability to document business needs effectively using Microsoft Office and Teams.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
