JOB TITLE: Sr Benefits Analyst LOCATION: Atlanta GA (preferred), Open to 100% Remote PAY RANGE: $34.00 - $44.20/hr DURATION: 4 months

Global Benefits oversees integrated approach to overall employee wellbeing which includes: core benefits (health & welfare, retirement, time-off & LOA, commute, business travel, additional fringe benefits), physical, mental, financial, and social wellbeing programs, as well as cross functional engagement to cultivate a healthy, inclusive, and connected work environment. Reporting to the Director, Global Benefits the Sr. Benefits Analyst will focus on project work as well as supporting the day-to-day on-going operations of core benefit and wellbeing programs. While the primary focus will be US programs, the Sr. Benefits Analyst will also support benefit programs and initiatives across the globe as needed.

Project Work:

Completion of various audits & data analyses such as: Commuter Benefit Utilization analysis, annual 401(k) vesting audit, HSA contribution audit, FSA non-discrimination testing Support Benefits team to prepare for People function AI chatbot implementation: KB article content audit and updates, assist with bot testing and validation Partner with US Benefits Consultant to develop process and framework for ongoing tracking of cost and utilization metrics for additional benefits & perk programs Developing process and templates for recouping overpayments from employees following Leave of Absence. General approach and process exists currently but needs to be refined for efficiency going forward Other projects as needed On-going Operational Work:

nalytics & Reporting

nalyze benefits data to assess the effectiveness of benefits programs and provide insights for decision-making Prepare and present ad-hoc reports on the utilization and cost of benefits programs Perform periodic audits to ensure operational and data integrity across internal and external systems Manage and update benefit and wellbeing program metrics and dashboards Prepare submissions for various benchmarking surveys Operations & Administration

Monitor on-going operations and conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity across internal and external systems ssisting with root cause analysis of various data and operational issues between systems and vendors (e.g., between benefit vendors, payroll provider, HRIS, etc.). Work with external and internal stakeholders (e.g., Payroll, IT, vendors etc.) to scope issue, identify fix, conduct testing, and validate solution Identify and implement process changes for increased efficiency and improved employee experience Utilize insights from employee support cases and industry best practices to develop new benefits portal content to drive increased employee self-service Perform recurring or ad-hoc administrative tasks required for the effective program operation Compliance & Risk Management

Prepare submissions for various federal, state, and local compliance reporting such as 5500s, Non-Discrimination Testing, ACA, San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance, etc. Leave of Absence Program Coordination

Calculate bi-weekly leave of absence pay Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration and analysis, with progressive responsibility Strong knowledge of US federal and state regulations governing employee benefit programs Proficiency in benefits administration software and HRIS systems Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex benefits information to employees Experience with data analytics and reporting with solid proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel bility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving capabilities Preferred Qualifications

Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation ServiceNow case management and content management experience High tech industry experience

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated. In addition to base compensation, full-time roles are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter and 401K benefits with company matching.
