Job Summary
The Content Creator role is responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, scheduling of all content projects, including photography, video production, graphic desing, and website design initiatives. This role ensures that all content aligns with brand strategy, supports marketing objectives, and delivers measurable results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and collaborative, with experience working on multiple content projects in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Duties
Content Planning Help plan and organize the full lifecycle of content projects (photo, video, website design, graphic design and other marketing content). Maintain a detailed content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards. Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization. Content Production & Collaboration
Lead the production of photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Create graphics, print materials, and other patient-facing content for the brand. Create social media ads, graphics, and promotional videos. Assist with website content design and updates in collaboration with developers and designers. Work closely with designers, copywriters, videographers, photographers, and external agencies to develop compelling, brand-aligned content. Conduct quality checks on content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness. Performance Measurement & Strategy
Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase customer engagement and drive business goals. Required Education and Experience
Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in content production, or related roles. Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required
Strong understanding of content strategy and production Experience assisting and leading photo shoots, video production, and website content updates. Excellent organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and quality control. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Asana, Trello) is an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience using DSLR or related production equipment including lighting,(off camera) lensesand accessories, and drone equipment.
