Job Title: Social Media & Marketing CoordinatorDepartment: Marketing / CreativeReports To: Marketing Manager, Dawson WrightRole SummaryThe Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will help bring Official League's brand to life across social channels, influencer partnerships, and creative campaigns. This role is perfect for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented self-starter who's eager to work in sports, fashion, and culture. You'll help manage influencer relationships, assist with campaign execution, and support creative needs for content shoots, while also lending a hand on email and PR outreach.Campaign & Content SupportAssist in planning and executing social media campaigns for product launches, events, and partnerships.Support creative needs for content shoots - from brainstorming ideas to coordinating details.Edit images for social, email, and web to ensure quality and brand consistency.Lead live event coverage and daily social interaction to maximize reach.Influencer & PR OutreachHelp research and build relationships with influencers, creators, and collaborators who align with the brand.Identify and compile PR contacts for upcoming product releases.Email MarketingAssist in creating and sending small-scale email campaigns to promote products and events.Responsibilities Leading and managing social interns (will focus on individual contributions instead).Writing all blog posts (will work with content team to expand output).Day-to-day social posting/live tweeting (handled by social media team).Creating wholesale product pages (handled by merchandising team).Managing the internal/external release calendarWhat We're Looking ForA creative thinker with a passion for sports, culture, and style.Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) and basic image editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Great communication skills Skills & QualificationsCreative & ContentBasic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)Photo editing and image optimization for web/socialUnderstanding of visual storytelling and brand voiceSocial Media & Digital MarketingFamiliarity with Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTubeKnowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement tacticsExperience with scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, or similar) - preferred but not requiredBasic understanding of influencer marketing and PR outreachCommunication & OrganizationStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to research and compile contact lists (influencers, PR outlets, etc.)Organized and detail-oriented with good time managementComfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlinesGeneralProactive, self-motivated, and eager to learnPassion for sports, culture, and styleAbility to work collaboratively with creative, marketing, and merchandising teamsJob Questions:If you are not located on the west coast, are you able to work within west coast hours (PST)?
