In this role, you'll lead strategy, execution, and performance analysis across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTubedriving brand awareness and user growth through smart, data-backed influencer partnerships. What Youll Do ? Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and user behavior across key U.S. social platforms ? Deliver regular insights reports to guide marketing and content strategy Strategy Development ? Build annual and monthly influencer marketing plans tailored to product positioning, audience segments, and campaign goals ? Lead integrated campaigns and craft influencer content strategies that drive engagement and brand love ? Own end-to-end influencer partnershipsfrom outreach and negotiation to creative briefing and execution ? Develop a high-quality, scalable influencer network across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube (KOLs & KOCs), and manage tiered collaboration models ? Ensure timely and brand-aligned content delivery across all campaigns ? Monitor performance (reach, engagement, conversions), and continuously optimize influencer mix and messaging strategies ? Collaborate with product, ops, and creative teams to maximize content impact and ROI What Were Looking For 5+ years of experience in influencer and social media marketing, with a proven track record in the U.S. market Strong network of U.S.-based influencers and agencies Deep understanding of influencer collaboration formats and platform ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) Strategic thinker with strong execution and project management skillscomfortable managing multiple fast-paced campaigns Fluent in both English and Mandarin (working proficiency required for cross-functional collaboration) Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
