Job Description ***Only qualified Creative Production Coordinator / Creative Coordinator - Photoshoots candidates located near Columbus, OH, to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. ***

Required Education: • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills: • 3-5 years experience in a fast-paced corporate environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills • Comfortable working in deadline-oriented environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities • Experience producing photoshoots. • Experience with still life and high-value product photography

Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills: • Experience working with budgets a plus • Knowledge of capture and editing software, asset management platforms, and workflow management platforms a plus

The Omni Content Production Analyst is responsible for the production of select content capture activities inside and outside of the studio. This role will produce photoshoots for digital channels, delivering high quality content on-time and on-budget.

Responsibilities: • Responsible for meeting all deadlines appointed without compromising detail or appropriate quality of work • Collaborate closely with key internal partners within Omni Creative Services, Marketing Operations, and Creative teams • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external partners. Ensure those partners are provided a resource and point of contact at all times. • Be a brand steward and represent the brand to internal and external partners • Travel as needed • Manage budget for assigned photoshoots • Directly manage project budgets, estimating, negotiating, and tracking expenses to ensure on-budget completion of assigned projects • Issue Purchase Orders and process invoices, recording and tracking all expense details • Negotiate costs with new and existing vendors as needed • Work with partners to select best-fit vendor for each project • Directly execute photoshoots for product and digital/secondary photoshoots within the Studio • Create and schedule internal pre-production milestones, including all relevant team members (Creative, Photographers, Retouching, Studio Ops, Styling, and external talent as needed) • Complete all shoot pre-production (location & vendor selection, communication) • Produce internal shoots for assigned categories (digital/secondary, Product) • Produce external shoots for assigned categories • Ensure seamless handoff to Post-Production teams • Coordinate legal requirements and standards in partnership with Legal & Compliance partners • Directly manage art buying and licensing activities (stock image or video, illustration, music, etc) • Understand and interpret the creative vision to ensure accurate delivery of concepts • Support proper asset metadata and tagging
