Job Duties
Make outbound calls to/received inbound calls from customers with accounts that are days past due. Assist customers in bringing their accounts current. Handle approximately 200+ phone calls daily. Candidates must be comfortable working at a desk and talking on the phones for 8-hour shifts, with potential overtime. Root Cause Analysis :
Identify the root cause of customer delinquency. Use negotiation skills and educate customers to generate effective solutions for both Financial services and the customer. Actively contribute to achieving center objectives related to delinquency management. Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude throughout interactions with customers. Follow all company policies and procedures. .
Assignment Description
Bilingual a plus: Proficiency in both English and Spanish Bachelor's Degree Required Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring easy understanding by customers. Multitasking Skills: Must be capable of talking and typing simultaneously. Providing exceptional service to customers.. Adaptability to Feedback and Change Indefinite temporary assignment with no guaranteed full-time position or specific timeframe for assignment length. Full-Time Opportunities :

Must be flexible and open to rotation into other areas of the business once certain performance expectations are met. These areas may include Customer Service, Funding, Mid Dialer, and more. Work Schedule
Monday through Thursday : Two shifts: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The specific shift pattern will vary.
Availability to work both 8-5 and 11-8 is required.
Friday : The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 2-3 Saturdays per month : Overtime is required during these Saturdays, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Flexibility is essential : The schedule may change based on business needs.
