Overview

JST is currently seeking a Systems Administrator (IT Enterprise Infrastructure Support Specialist) to provide expert, onsite enterprise infrastructure support in a hybrid cloud/on-prem environment. Responsibilities include Hybrid Azure AD administration, Intune/MDM management, advanced desktop engineering for Windows 10/11, and basic server support, with ongoing documentation and reporting to ensure reliable, secure IT service delivery.

This is a full-time position located in Washington, DC (OSHRC National Office).

Systems Administrator Responsibilities Hybrid Azure AD:

Administer and maintain Hybrid Azure AD with Azure AD Connect; manage identities, groups, Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC; ensure seamless integration with on-prem AD. Intune / MDM:

Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device/app management; enforce compliance and configuration profiles; deploy and monitor applications; provide Tier II/III endpoint support. Desktop Infrastructure:

Advanced troubleshooting for Windows 10/11, user profiles, and apps; deploy and support Windows Autopilot and Endpoint Manager; manage inventory and lifecycle; assist with patching and vulnerability remediation. Basic Server Support:

Tier I/II support for user access, file shares, print services, and network troubleshooting; monitor server health, backups, and resources; support minor changes to GPOs, DHCP/DNS, and file systems in coordination with server admins. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain current configuration and process documentation; provide weekly/monthly status reports on system health, incidents, and milestones; recommend improvements and best practices. Systems Administrator Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5-8+ years hands-on enterprise IT experience supporting hybrid Microsoft environments, including:

Hybrid Azure AD with Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC. Intune/Endpoint Manager device and application management; Tier II/III endpoint support. Windows 10/11 engineering, Autopilot, profile and application troubleshooting; patch/vulnerability assistance. Basic server administration support for file/print, GPO, DNS/DHCP, and performance monitoring in partnership with server teams.

Proven ability to produce clear documentation and regular operational reporting. Customer-focused, onsite support mindset in a small federal agency environment (

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300) or Azure Administrator (AZ-104). Microsoft MD-102: Endpoint Administrator. ITIL v4 Foundation. Required Clearances and Screenings

MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
