The Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission (OSHRC) seeks an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Support Specialist to provide expert-level IT support in a hybrid enterprise environment. This role covers administration of Hybrid Azure Active Directory (AAD), Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM), advanced desktop infrastructure maintenance, and basic server troubleshooting. The position ensures seamless, secure, and efficient IT operations for the OSHRC National Office, Denver Office, and remote users. Key Responsibilities Hybrid Azure AD Administration
Manage synchronization between on-prem Active Directory and Azure AD using Azure AD Connect. Maintain user identities, groups, and access policies. Implement and support MFA, conditional access, and RBAC security controls. Microsoft Intune / MDM Support
Configure and enforce device compliance policies and configuration profiles. Deploy and monitor desktop and mobile applications. Provide Tier II/III endpoint support for Intune-managed devices. Desktop Infrastructure Support
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 OS, user profiles, and application issues. Deploy devices using Windows Autopilot and Endpoint Manager. Manage hardware/software inventory, lifecycle, and patch compliance. Basic Server Support
Provide Tier I/II server issue resolution (file shares, print services, user access). Support minor GPO, DHCP/DNS, and file system changes. Monitor server health, backups, and resource usage in coordination with server teams. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain infrastructure documentation, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Submit weekly/monthly reports on system health, incidents, and milestones. Recommend best practices for performance and security improvements. Qualifications
Proven experience in Hybrid Azure AD and Microsoft Intune administration. Strong desktop infrastructure troubleshooting and support skills. Familiarity with GPOs, DHCP/DNS, and server monitoring. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
