Engine Technician
Conduct maintenance, repairing, and overhauling on PT6A & PT6T engines. Conduct detailed inspections of PT6A & PT6T engines. Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul services on turbine engines. Read and interpret maintenance and overhaul manuals accurately. Replace or repair worn, defective, or damaged engine components. Disassemble, clean, evaluate, repair, and assemble turbine engines. M-F 6:30am - 3:00pm $25-38/hour Experience in aviation maintenance environment, preferably on PT6A/PT6T series. Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools effectively. Proficiency in engine repair, troubleshooting, and inspection. Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions in English. Valid clear driver's license. A&P License preferred but not required. Pratt & Whitney turbine engine experience a plus. Computer skills including electronic mail, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Ability to attain a repairman's certificate with 18 months of experience. The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
