Depot Sustainment Specialist
The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities Life Cycle Engineering Directorate is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability, System Safety, and Supportability. Life Cycle Engineering is conducting a search for a Depot Sustainment Specialist based at Raytheon's Tucson, AZ facility. In this role, you'll directly support the Depot Sustainment Team and will work in cross-functional teams to execute awarded delivery orders and support depot factory execution. This position will be on-site at the Rita Road facility. In this role, you will: Understand and communicate contract requirements to cross-functional teams. Support Production & Recertification Inductions and DD250s. Track and Manage Missile Warranties. Provide Service Life Support for Program and Factories. Support DEMIL & Unscheduled Maintenance Missile Returns. Coordinate and present missile repair status to internal and external stakeholders. Assist with logistics needs, such as missile and container tracking, Interim/Final Hazard Class Letters, and Process PRISM Quotations. Key Programs/Apps: TOMIS, cPDM, PRISM, CABS, LOKI, WAWF, DD250 Processing Tool, DPD Database, SBT. Qualifications you must have: Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field. Experience using basic PRISM transactions and/or experience with the Raytheon DD250 tool. Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications we prefer: Experience supporting internal and external audits. Working knowledge of GFM Hardware. Experience supporting the factory floor (Development, Production or Sustainment phases). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-starter able to manage and track multiple priorities. Proposal Experience.
