Job Description Senior Human Resources Generalist - Manufacturing Environment Join a Fortune 500 consumer products leader as their next HR Generalist at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Position Overview As our HR Generalist, you'll be a key player in delivering comprehensive human resources support across multiple departments, partnering with leadership to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Essential Responsibilities
Partner with department leaders to implement and manage HR initiatives, policies, and best practices Lead employee relations programs, including conflict resolution, performance management, and engagement initiatives Manage EEO compliance, unemployment claims, and workplace investigations Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while ensuring AAP/EEO compliance Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition Support organizational development initiatives and change management processes Provide guidance on labor relations matters and union contract administration Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years HR Generalist experience in manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite PHR/SPHR certification preferred Union environment experience a plus Why Join Us?
