About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Bilingual Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter
to join our dynamic People Team in
San Antonio, Texas .
In this role, you will play a critical part in fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture by leading local recruitment efforts, driving employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. You'll serve as a trusted partner to both managers and employees, providing hands-on support across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and workplace conflict resolution in our Texas Region Conduct internal investigations and document findings Advise managers on progressive discipline, performance improvement, and offboarding Coach managers through sensitive employee matters with empathy and consistency HR Administration
Support leaders in executing HR initiatives and organizational change efforts Administer leave of absence programs including FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation Maintain accurate, confidential employee files and records in HRIS (preferably ADP) Process employee status changes, terminations, and other employment actions Compliance
Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices Ensure HR policies and employee practices remain compliant and effectively communicated Assist in the development, implementation, and interpretation of HR policies and procedures Recruitment & Onboarding
Support recruiting efforts: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for Texas Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop job postings Coordinate and facilitate engaging new hire orientations and onboarding programs Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Proactive, self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities High personal integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Qualifications
PHR certification Experience using HRIS/ATS systems, especially ADP Workforce Now Background in fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing/direct-labor industries Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Additional Information:
This is an on-site role requiring presence in our San Antonio, Texas office at least 4 days per week Occasional travel required, up to 25% Physical requirements include frequent sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs) Must be comfortable with standard office environments and moderate noise levels
