Summary
In this role you will lead our end-to-end supply chain and procurement strategy. This executive will play a critical role in optimizing procurement, planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution, while upholding our unwavering commitment to sustainability, organic integrity, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities • Design and execute a forward-looking supply chain strategy aligned with our growth, sustainability, and operational goals. • Lead procurement and sourcing initiatives with a focus on ethical, sustainable, and cost-effective suppliers. • Oversee planning and inventory optimization to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, while minimizing waste and excess. • Manage logistics and distribution networks that drives both efficiency and service excellence. • Support digital transformation through the implementation and evolution of ERP and supply chain technologies to improve visibility, agility, and forecasting. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Finance, and Operations to support innovation and market expansion. • Ensure regulatory compliance with food safety, and sustainability standards, working closely with quality and certification bodies. • Build and inspire a high-performing, purpose-driven supply chain team rooted in accountability, innova-tion, and continuous improvement.
Requirement • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain within the CPG or food manu-facturing space, with 5+ years in an executive role. • Deep knowledge of protein-based food supply chains, certifications, and sustainability practices. • Demonstrated success in leading complex, high-volume operations and driving measurable improve-ments in service, cost, and quality. • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), demand planning tools, and advanced supply chain analytics. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. • A passion for mission-driven work, organic food, and creating a positive impact on people
