Exempt Grade 14 Finance Systems Analyst II $72,000 - $86,000
Exempt Grade 15 Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas offers excellent competitive compensation with the goal of retaining and growing talented team members. The compensation range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid. What You'll Do Assist with day-to-day operations of financial systems, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues Assist with the preparation and maintenance of system documentation and user guides Participate in projects aimed at improving financial processes and system efficiency Assist with testing new system features, configurations and upgrades Ensure data integrity within financial systems through regular audits and validations Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process workflows and user guides Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows and implement system enhancements Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in financial systems and technology What You Need Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems or related field Finance Systems Analyst I requires 0-2 years of relevant work experience in financial systems analysis or support. Finance Systems Analyst II requires 3-5 years of relevant work experience in financial systems analysis or support, along with a strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting, budgeting and forecasting. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic to intermediate knowledge of ERP systems (Workday, Adaptive Planning or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information to senior management and stakeholders Bonus If You Have Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (required for level II) Benefits & Perks Base compensation is only one component of your competitive Total Rewards package
