Maintenance Electrician

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to perform maintenance, repairs, installations, and continuous improvement on plant equipment and machinery. This role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment runs safely, efficiently, and reliably. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills and experience with electrical systems, robotics, and industrial machinery. Key responsibilities include: diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues on machinery with minimal supervision, ensuring safety and compliance; responding promptly to maintenance requests to maximize equipment uptime; using electrical schematics and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues; performing preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and lifespan; completing new installations and wiring projects according to electrical line-ups and schematics; updating drawings, suggesting spare parts, and running conduit/wire-ways and power drops as needed; following all company safety standards and governmental regulations for powered equipment; and performing other related tasks as assigned by supervision or management. Qualifications include: a high school diploma or equivalent; electrical journeyman's card or equivalent experience; ability to pass an electrician aptitude test; strong knowledge of industrial, electrical, and mechanical codes, techniques, and safety standards; hands-on experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; robotic arms and automated equipment; electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, AC/DC circuits; skilled in troubleshooting high- and low-voltage systems using meters and diagnostic tools; ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and strong problem-solving skills; and good communication and interpersonal skills.
