Paint Line Production Worker

In this role, you'll help prep, rack, unload, and band metal parts as they move through the paint process. No paintbrushesjust reliable work and a dependable weekly paycheck. What You'll Do as a Paint Line Production Worker: Hang parts on the paint line using racks or hooks Remove painted parts and stack/bundle them for shipment Use steel banding equipment to secure finished parts Work in a team to handle large items Keep your work area clean and safe Pitch in to clean paint booths, tanks, and hooks when needed Report issues or equipment problems to your team leader Complete a banding test on-site to demonstrate tool proficiency Work Experience What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: Previous paint line, powder coating, material handling, or manufacturing experience Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift Team player with a solid attendance record Willing to follow safety procedures and work with hand tools/equipment Ability to read a tape measure accurately (measuring test required) Ability to pass a banding test on-site to demonstrate tool proficiency We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
