Job Description

As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you'll support, maintain, and enhance our UKG Pro Workforce Management/UKG Dimensions Time and Attendance module. You'll be a subject matter expert, contributing to configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization initiatives. This role requires technical and interpersonal strengthscollaborating across departments, guiding stakeholders through projects, and supporting end users through training and documentation. POSITION LOCATION: This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of our headquarters in Deerfield, IL, with in-office presence expected at least 3 days per week (typically TuesdayThursday). In mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, offering vibrant collaborative workspaces, onsite daycare, dining, fitness amenities, and more. What you will be doing: Manage and troubleshoot the UKG Pro Workforce Management/UKG Dimensions Time and Attendance module/systems. Analyze data, recommend system improvements, and implement configuration changes aligned with business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new module implementations and enhancements to current processes. Evaluate business requirements and deliver scalable system solutions in line with compliance and operational standards. Design and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards. Provide responsive, solution-oriented support to end users through job aids, training sessions, and clear documentation. Ensure system integrity through regular audits, upgrades, and maintenance testing. Liaise with vendors and global stakeholders to support efficient and consistent use of UKG. Stay current on UKG functionality, trends, and industry best practices. Qualifications

3- 5+ years of experience working with UKG Pro/UKG Workforce Dimensions HRIS systems, specifically in Time and Attendance module. Familiarity with HR/Payroll processes and data. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tools such as databases, spreadsheets, and report writers. Additional Information

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $81,000 - $125,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
