Machine Operator
The Coating Department Operator is responsible for overseeing production equipment and processes, specifically within the coating department. This role includes loading rolls of tape, unloading finished products, conducting visual inspections, and packing tape into boxes. Responsibilities
Monitor production equipment and processes to ensure efficient operation. Load rolls of tape onto the production line. Unload finished products from the production line. Visually inspect finished products for quality assurance. Pack tape into boxes for distribution. Essential Skills
Experience in general labor and machine operation. Proficiency in using a tape measure. Ability to perform production and assembly tasks. Inspection skills to ensure product quality. Experience operating a slitter machine and coating machine. Additional Skills & Qualifications

The work environment features a brand-new facility that is approximately 5-6 years old, known for its cleanliness and organization. It includes two main departments: the coating department, where adhesive tape is produced, and the slitter department, which refines larger rolls into smaller ones. The role involves inspecting tapes and packing rolls, with a 12-hour night shift from Monday through Wednesday and every other Thursday, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Training occurs on the same days during the day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
