As a Fit Specialist, your role is to connect customers with the Harley-Davidson lifestyle by guiding them to the perfect bike based on their wants, needs, and experience level. If you're hungry to win, driven by results, and excited to help people ride home on two wheels, this is the job for you. Key Responsibilities:
Greet every guest with energy and purpose
no missed opportunities. Perform high-impact customer interviews to identify wants, needs, and budget. Match each customer with the right motorcycle and ownership experience. Guide customers through the sales process: demo rides, write-ups, trade appraisals, and closing coordination. Set and confirm daily appointments through follow-up calls, texts, and emails. Collaborate with the F&I team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. Maintain detailed CRM notes, daily follow-up, and accurate paperwork. Deliver world-class customer service that drives positive reviews and referrals. What We Look For:
Previous sales experience (automotive, powersports, or retail preferred). A competitive, goal-driven mindset
you want to be #1. Strong communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport. Must be comfortable on a motorcycle and excited to learn the product. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and major sales events. Valid motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one). Performance Expectations:
